Our jury pays particular attention to the quality of the photo composition and to the idea of the image in relation to the competition theme. Show our CID in daily action together with typical accessories or other equipment on or in the wind energy plant. The overall impression of the photo must fit, from the main character CID to the image composition. Take “the right picture” from your gut feeling. Maybe capturing an overall impression of the CID makes a good shot or is “less” sometimes “more”. In any case, the CID is an absolute “must”. Whether you make use of the focus point or the brightness slider on your smartphone or mobile phone is up to you. Make us curious and win.
- By participating in this photo competition, you as the author assure that all rights to the images/photos belong to you and that there are no objections to publication (as already mentioned in the media listed above) and, in particular, that the rights of persons depicted are protected and that no personal rights are violated. If one or more people can be seen in the photo, the persons concerned must agree that the photo is or could be published. As the author, it is in your own interest to obtain a written declaration of consent from any persons depicted.
- Sexist images/photos and those that depict or glorify violence or otherwise violate the applicable law are excluded from the photo competition.
- Violations of the Conditions of Participation and/or technical requirements for the submitted image or photo material will be detected electronically and will lead to exclusion from the photo competition.
- Participation in this photo competition is expressly only possible if you agree to the data protection regulations and the Conditions of Participation.
- As a participant, you agree that there is only one placing per person in this photo competition. Multiple placings per participant is expressly excluded.
- With the payment of the prize money for the individual placings, the rights of use for the submitted photo data of the winning participants are transferred to the organiser. Please note that the photos will be publicly accessible worldwide as part of a publication on the organizer´s website.
- If the theoretical case occurs that fewer eligible photos from different participants meeting these Conditions of Participation are uploaded than there are different placings, then only these participants will be placed in order. The remaining placings are cancelled without replacement.
- The organiser and its media experts are entitled to edit the usable photo material in the suitable dimensions, formats and cut-outs for advertising purposes and to use it publicly.
- The organizer reserves the right to terminate the photo competition prematurely, in whole or in part, or to modify its course at any time, even without prior notice, if it is not possible to guarantee the proper conduct of the photo competition for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, manipulation, cyberattack, threat of war, etc.) or legal reasons. In the event of an extraordinary termination of the photo competition, no claims may be asserted by the participants against the organizer.
- Current information about the photo competition can be viewed at any time at the following link:www.kroegerkrane.de/fotowettbewerb.
** The jury's primary responsibility is fairness to the authors/creators. The judging of digital images is not public. Should a member of the jury be unable to attend, a replacement will be found as soon as possible. The jury can generally function effectively with a panel of three. Observers are also permitted.
